Dear BERLIN MARATHON Jubilee Club members,
We herewith cordially invite you to the 26th Vattenfall BERLIN HALF MARATHON, the spring classic race, on April 2, 2006.
Over 18,500 participants from more than 60 countries will be competing in the various courses and disciplines offered. Exiting races for both the women and the men can be expected, as numerous prominent runners will be participating.
With the “Running News“ that we have included, we would like to get you psyched for the 2006 running year and to invite you to participate in the 26. Vattenfall BERLIN HALF MARATHON — or simply to be a spectator.
Berlin Cathedral and Palace Bridge
A few years ago the start and finish were moved into the middle of this attractive city, between the Berlin Cathedral and the grand boulevard Friedrichstraße, with the finish on the Palace Bridge. Due to the opening of the new Tiergarten Tunnel underneath the government quarter, the course will be altered slightly this year.
We are delighted that the membership in the BERLIN-MARATHON Jubilee Club continues to grow. We have now been able to welcome 1.597 members from 14 countries, and we are continuing to receive numerous applications to join the attractive Jubilee Club of the real,- BERLIN-MARATHON.
Jubilee Club booth is waiting
Bernd Hübner will once again be at the BERLIN VITAL Fair for the 26th Vattenfall BERLIN HALF MARATHON from March 30 to April 1, 2006, welcoming you Jubilee Club booth at the fairgrounds at the Radio Tower (Messehallen am Funkturm) together with the Templin and Sowinski couples and offering you advice and assistance. And we serve as traditionally refreshments if you visit the Jubilee booth.
