El Himer back for the French in Tilburg

Driss El Himer will lead the French challenge to retain the SPAR European Cross Country title when Tilburg hosts the Championships on December 11. El Himer a two-times bronze medallist and a member of the winning team in 2003, missed last year's meeting when France again took the title at a canter ahead of Italy and Great Britain.
